Who runs tripcover.pl

What we do

Since 1998 we have been selling bus, ferry and plane tickets and travel insurance. Our office is at the Szczecin bus station, at bay 1 (“stanowisko nr 1”), where we still serve customers in person, as we did 28 years ago.

We created tripcover.pl so that you can do some of this without visiting the office: compare the scope of cover and buy a policy at any time. The English section is for foreigners who come to Poland or live here. We answer e-mails in Polish, English and Spanish.

What you will not find here

We do not publish customer reviews. The law forbids publishing reviews without verifying that they come from people who actually used the service, and we do not have a system for that. Instead, we give information you can check yourself: register entry numbers, the insurer’s licence number, our tax ID and the address of the office.

How we earn money

We do not charge you any fee for using the website and we do not add a commission to the premium. The price of the policy is the same as when you buy directly from the agent. Our income is a commission paid by the operator of the sales system.
